Production workflow
Set the path a job follows through your shop and track it from preparation to fulfillment.
Production → stages and flow configuration
Before you begin
- A list of your production departments and the order work should follow.
- Permission to manage production configuration.
How to use it
- 1
Define a flow
Open the production flow editor and create or edit the flow for a type of work, such as banners or rigid signs.
- 2
Arrange the stages
Add the required departments in the correct order. Use names your team recognizes and review the default flow.
- 3
Match work to the process
Check the relevant product or production configuration so jobs use the intended process.
- 4
Review the live queue
Open Production, find a job and confirm its artwork, specifications and readiness. Move it through the available stage actions as work is completed.
- 5
Complete fulfillment
Review packing, shipping or pickup once production is complete.
