Where to find it

Settings → Payment settings; Orders → open an order → Payments

Before you begin

Check the enabled options
Review payment links, installment settings and the available pay-later methods in Payment settings. Save the configuration you intend to use.

Review the order balance
Confirm the customer and the amount due before creating the order’s payment link.

Share the order payment link
Use the link provided by the order payment workflow. Send it to the intended customer through your normal communication channel.

Let the customer complete payment
The payment flow presents methods available for that transaction. The customer completes any provider steps.

Confirm the transaction
Return to the order and review the actual transaction status. Do not mark an order paid merely because the link was sent.
