Before you begin

  • Access to held jobs and their related orders.
  • The missing artwork or information needed to resolve the issue.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Find the held job

    Search the queue and use artwork approval or date filters to narrow the list.

  2. 2

    Review the job and order

    Open the related record and inspect why it is waiting. Check the correct item, files and approval state.

  3. 3

    Resolve the blocker

    Upload or correct artwork, collect the required approval, or fix the relevant order detail.

  4. 4

    Review before release

    Return to the held-job controls and confirm the job is ready before releasing it. Refresh the list to confirm its new state.
