Before you begin

  • Your business name, contact information and logo.
  • At least one product, its pricing, and a payment account.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Create your account

Select Start free trial to open beta admin signup directly. Create your account to begin a 15-day free trial; no credit card is required upfront. Follow your welcome email to sign in. Review subscription plans in your account. Online storefront plans start with Standard; Lite does not include a storefront.

  2. 2

    Set up your business

Enter your company information in Settings. Confirm the email address customers should use to reach you.

  3. 3

    Build one complete product

Add its name, images, sizes, options and prices. Configure its artwork requirements and production turnaround.

  4. 4

    Make the store yours

Choose a theme, update the homepage and navigation, then preview it on desktop and mobile.

  5. 5

    Prepare checkout

Connect payments, configure shipping or pickup, and review your tax settings. Confirm these settings before accepting live orders.

  6. 6

    Walk through the buying experience

Open your storefront as a customer. Check product selection, artwork instructions, cart totals and checkout. Review the resulting order in the admin when you are ready to place a real order.

Common questions

Why is a tool missing from my menu?

Your plan and security group determine which areas you can access. Ask your workspace administrator to check both before changing your setup.
